BIB COLLECTION
If you have not selected Bib Postage, you must collect your race bib from the Event Expo before race day.

To collect your bib, please bring your registration confirmation email with QR code or a valid photo ID.
Strictly no bib collection is available on race morning.
BIB POSTAGE
Prefer to skip bib collection? Select Bib Postage when registering and we'll send your race bib to your Australian postal address before the event.
Only your race bib will be mailed. Event merchandise, including any pre-purchased merchandise, must still be collected at the Event Expo.
If you didn't select Bib Postage when registering, you can still add it through your ACTIVE MyEvents account before the Bib Postage cut-off date.
How to add Bib Postage:
1. Log in to your ACTIVE account.
2. Locate your Hobart Marathon Festival entry under My Events.
3. Select Purchase Merchandise.
4. Add Bib Postage to your registration.
Bib Postage is $17.50.
Bib Postage is available until 5.00pm Monday 22 February 2027.
Bib postage is available for Australian addresses only.

Collecting
a bib for someone else?
If you are unable to attend the Event Expo, someone else may collect your race bib on your behalf.
They will need a copy of your registration confirmation email with QR code or a copy of your photo ID.
Merchandise Collection
Pre-purchased merchandise must be collected from the Merchandise Store during Event Expo opening hours.

6.30am to 12.00pm
Merchandise is not mailed before or after the event.
Custom Name on Bib
You can choose a custom name to appear
on your race bib when registering.
Custom names must be submitted before
5.00pm Monday 22 February 2027.
After this date, bibs will be printed with a race number only.
